The Board of Regents voted on October 10, 2012 to stay the execution of the order of revocation of the听physician license of Arvinder Singh, Albany, NY, to place him on probation for 3 years under specified terms and conditions, and, upon satisfactory completion of the probationary period, to fully restore his license.听 Dr. Singh鈥檚 license was originally revoked November 24, 2003.

The Board of Regents voted on October 10, 2012 to deny the application for restoration of the听physician license of Mahmood Yoonessi, Rancho Palos, CA. 听Dr. Yoonessi鈥檚 license was originally revoked June 6, 2002.
